Welcome to the 19th Bebras Task Workshop Registration
General Information:
- Online registration is required for all workshop participants and will be paid online by credit card through the University payment system.
- After registration, registration fee invoice will be sent to your email manually to fit all your needs. Please mention during the registration if you will
pay for yourself only or you will pay for a group or someone else will pay for you. If you need any other request to hesitate to contact me
eslam@aast.edu with all your requests.
- Registration fee covers workshop participation, soft all-inclusive accommodation, transportation from/to Hurghada airport and excursion during the period 13th (arrival) to 18th (Departure) of May 2023.
- Extra nights are available until the end of the registration. After registration deadline, it will be subjected to the hotel availability and prices.
- Extra nights could be paid with the registration fees. The payment could be in one transaction to save bank fees. The invoice could be split into the formal registration fees and extra nights.
Registration Deadlines:
- The early bird registration will open on 1st December, 2022 till the end of 31st January, 2023.
- The late registration will start on 1st February, 2023 till the end of 28th February, 2023.
- After registration deadline acceptance will be subjected to hotel availability and booking rate changes.

Early Birds Registration
From: 1st December, 2022
To: 31st January, 2023
Single room: $400/person.
Double room: $325/person.
Triple room: $275/person.
Online participation = $25/person.
Late Registration
From: 1st February, 2023
To: 28th February, 2023
Single room: $450/person.
Double room: $375/person.
Triple room: $325/person.
Online participation = $25/person.
After Deadline Registration
After 28th February, 2023
Onsite participation will be subjected to hotel availability and booking rate changes.
Online participation = $25/person.
Room Upgrade and Extra Nights:
- Premium room at villa area: $10/night/room (King bed or two twin beds - fully renovated).
- Deluxe room in Main Building: $15/night/room (King bed or two twin beds) (Recommended).
- Premium rooms at Main building: $20/night/room (King bed or two twin beds - fully renovated).
- Extra Nights are available before or after the workshop till the end of the deadline. After the registration deadline, it will be subjected to the
hotel availability.
- Single Room: $70 per night plus room upgrade fees if applicable.
- Double Room: $40 per night per person plus room upgrade fees if applicable.
- Triple Room: $40 per night per person.

Refund Policy:
- In case of cancellation before 15 days prior to the arrival date, we will refund half of the registration fees.
- In case of cancellation within 15 days prior to the arrival date, we apologize for not refunding the registration fees.
- In case of early departure, the hotel reserve the right to charge the full stay based on the original group booking.
- For early check in and late check-out a prior confirmation for the space must be obtained at granted discount of 50% of the above room rate.
